Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturing companies. To validate the warranty conditions, you must inspect the product during cargo delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and ensure a damage report is prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product’s original design are outside the scope of the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased through our website is found to be faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the faulty product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange. Product return and exchange conditions are primarily based on the regulations of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
